Exchange & Refunds

EXCHANGE
We accept return/exchange requests for items that are unused and have their original tags intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, and in the same condition in which they were received.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 14 days of the date you received your order.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. Please note, it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm with us that the returned item has been received and is under processing. You may contact us via WhatsApp at 03146772204 for updates.

If approved, you can purchase a new item from the store, and the amount (excluding delivery costs) will be deducted from your new order. Alternatively, you may request a refund.

EXCHANGES
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange it for a new one. Please contact us via WhatsApp at 03146772204 within 7 days of receiving your product to begin the exchange process.

RETURN SHIPPING
If the item was delivered incorrectly due to an error on our side, we’ll arrange a pick-up from your doorstep at no additional cost to you. However, if the item was delivered correctly as per your order and you still wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

ARE THERE ANY LIMITATIONS TO THE PRODUCTS I CAN EXCHANGE?
Keewee ensures customer satisfaction by offering the opportunity to exchange products when necessary. However, there are a few limitations:

  • Once a sale starts, the final sale price will apply to any exchanges.
  • The product must be in a re-saleable condition.
  • Please ensure that all tags are intact and the garment is unused.
